In all projects that have Waterstop installed on it, a Welding Iron will most likely be needed. Welding Irons are used in welding PVC or TPER profiles together and are mainly used for welding two butt ends creating a watertight system.

Waterstop Splicing Irons
BoMetals Splicing Irons are specifically designed for welding PVC & TPER Waterstop as outlined in Corp of Engineer Specification CRD C-572-74. The temperature control can be adjusted from 250º-500º Fahrenheit. BoMetals thermoplastic welding irons are constructed of the highest quality components.

Hog Rings
Suspending PVC or TPER Waterstop can be a tedious undertaking without help. That is why factory installed Hog rings are used. The factory installed Hog rings allow you to easily attach a Waterstop to your tie wire. BoMetals can install Hog rings in virtually any PVC or TPER profile.
Hog rings can also be installed manually on the job site by using Hog ring pliers. BoMetals offers 100 count boxes, 50lb boxes of Hog rings for field installation and pliers.
